Thoroughly analyzes job descriptions in order to ensure alignment of submitted candidates with position requirements. This entails researching for any terms or technologies the Recruiter may not be familiar with and checking in with the Recruiting Manager if more information is needed.
Prepares interview cheat sheet for all positions assigned to him/her.
Analyzes all CVs prior to interviewing candidates, so as to detect any red flags and prepare appropriate questions.
Escalate to Recruiting Manager any concerns, opportunities for improvement or requests for tools that may arise in day to day operations.
Provides the candidate follow up on his application at least once a week.
Participate in all meetings as required by the Recruiting Manager.
Promote all Company Page content on Linkedin through the Recruiter’s personal Linkedin account.
- Advanced English (B2 – C1)
- High Speed internet access
- Experience in IT Recruiting is preferred but not mandatory
- Personal accountability and strong work ethic;
- Professional, able to interact with vendors/clients;
- Positive, “can do” attitude.
