• You set new standards and contribute to making the company's product faster and more efficient.
• From requirement analysis to designing the overall architecture and implementing individual components—you build it, you own it.
• Your focus is on developing high-performance software with fast response times and scalable architecture, always ensuring clean and efficient code.
• You drive automation by establishing a robust CI/CD pipeline, including linting, unit and system testing, and ensuring observability and monitoring.

• Professional experience as a developer.
• Good skills in Golang or another programming language (e.g. Java, PHP, C++, Rust).
• Passion for developing in-memory databases and optimized software.
• Good knowledge of MySQL is an advantage.
• Quality awareness, independent work, and problem-solving.
• Fluent German skills.
